Jamal Salem Al Jallaf is a Retired Major General of Dubai Police, with more than thirty-five years of distinguished service spanning criminal investigation and the law. His training began at the Dubai Police Academy, in law and police sciences, and culminated in a Master's degree in International Commercial Law from Northumbria University in the United Kingdom — where his thesis addressed the emerging field of cybercrime.
Across his career he held one of the most significant leadership positions in Dubai Police, as Director of the General Department of Criminal Investigation, and served as a security advisor on criminal and traffic matters to the Deputy Chief of Police. He led complex investigations, helped modernise investigative systems, and represented Dubai Police in Interpol collaboration and cross-border casework — with particular command of organised crime, economic crime and cybercrime.
In 2021 he was named in the first cohort of the Mohammed bin Rashid Programme for Leadership Development. Over his service he was recognised with 103 medals and certificates of appreciation.
Today that experience is the foundation of the firm: precise case assessment, careful review of the evidence, a working understanding of police and prosecution procedure, and a legal strategy built around each client.
